The Project
Master planning and design of a 12 hectare area surrounding Boulevard Simon Bolivar of downtown Quito with complicated existing mixed uses and congested traffic patterns, connecting modern Quito to its historic district. The project included the Hotel Conventual Carmen Bajo, a conversion of a 18th century convent to a 200 room five star hotel in Quito's historic district.
